So what can I say about these two rockstars on Friday?! It pretty much rained all day but Carly and Aodhan just took it in their stride and didn’t care one bit! We took all the photos inside but managed to get out for 5mins in some drizzle just before dinner!💪 So you know what it really doesn’t matter what the weather brings on your wedding day! These two were just the best fun and had the best day regardless and that’s all that really matters! Couldn’t have asked for a more amazing couple to kick of 2020 with! Can’t wait to share more from their wonderful day at @cloughjordanhouse

Why do a post wedding shoot? Well the main reason

Why do a post wedding shoot?
Well the main reason is that you have complete freedom with it, you can do it ANYWHERE, a favourite spot of yours that just wouldn’t be possible on the wedding day. You can re-wear your wedding outfits (or not), which is always fun to have a reason to get dressed up right?
And finally the weather, let’s face it, Ireland is stunning in the good weather not so much fun when it’s a bit crappy (although I do love an Irish grey day🙌) It’s definitely an individual’s personal preference but it’s such a nice idea even for an anniversary!

So this is definitely a first to post a photo of myself on here but here goes nothing!(deep breaths)
I’m Louise, also known as Lou, Lulu or lulubell and I just wanted to share a wee bit about me!
Coffee and cake is the way to my heart (ideally carrot cake)
Love anything and everything velvet and William Morris prints!
Current Obsession is Schitts Creek.... all hail Catherine O’Hara!
Believe it or not my very first camera was a Spice Cam and I can’t stress how much I loved it!
I studied Fine Art in college, specialised in Film photography and pretty much none of the photos I took in that time had people in them! 😂
I shot my first wedding way back in 2010 but it took another couple of years before I got into it properly.
I am most definitely awkward in front of the camera, it can be a very strange and intimidating feeling, so I hear all of you when you say you don’t like getting your photo taken!
So why do I love shooting weddings? For me It’s all about real emotions between you and the ones you love the most...there can be so many external stresses on a wedding day but the only thing that matters is about capturing the feeling you had on the day, that bubble of excitement, nerves and overwhelming love on the day...that’s what I love! and I can’t help but get caught up in it all with each wedding!
So I’ve rambled on enough here.. let me know what you loved the most from your wedding or what you are most excited about!
